How to install a top Dlask rail on a Ruger Sr-22 rifle

Hi. I bought a Dlask rails kit and i'm not able to removed the factory front rail to installed the top Dlask rail. I have no problem to removed the back screw but i have no access with my screwdriver to removed the front screw of the front rail. I removed the transverse screw of the front sight but the sight don't want to pop out.

im trying to imagine where you are running into trouble..... i seem to recall i just undid the 2 screws and the small chunk of rail just fell off the shroud.
 
went and got mine out of the safe to have a look at it.
undo the transverse screw on the front sight, then your gonna have to slide the front flip up sight forward to get it off the rail.
its plastic so you may have to persuade it forward with some gentle nudges from the back end of your screwdriver or a small rubber mallet.

then your just left with the 2 screws for the rail, undo those and the small chunk of rail just comes off.
