Some SKS owners have cut the original stripper clips down to 5 rounds but IMHO this is not necessary.
The purpose of this video is to show that with a little practice and dexterity one can load only 5 rounds in an SKS rifle from an original 10 round stripper clip.
And for those that are new to the SKS...How the safety works: first OFF (lever down), then ON (lever up). BTW you will need the safety in the ON position to be able to remove the trigger group during take down/cleaning.
