How to make Anschuetz mags from Savage mags

Hi All,

if you have an Anschuetz .22 rifle and need more mags, you can make them easily from Savage mags that are cheap and easy to find.

The mags are the same except Savage has flaps on one side of the mag and no mag catch notch. All you have to do is, file down those flapsm file in the notch and presto! You have an Anschuetz mag for 1/4 of the price.

You may also have to file the other side a little depending on fit.

When you file, tape up the top of the mag so you dont get shavings in there.
