How to make my M305 more accurate?

I have ceased doing clinics, unless you guys want to have one at my place up here in the stix 5.5 hours north of Vancouver.
there's a guy in Ontario for m14 clinics and all that jazz.

Mess with them triggers, but just grease them hooks to smooth them up to a slick pull.

If you insist on a proper trigger job then be prepared to send your TG to 45acpking's suggested person.

After all is said and done please remember that this platform is a battle rifle and can never beat a purpose built precision rifle. Speaking of precision rifle competition, I have not seen a single M14 at my sniper matches at Base Borden put on by the Ontario Rifle Association. I should know since I am the Match Director Yuk yuk yuk

Have fun with the platform but keep things in perspective.

OR!

You can get the Barney kit (aka Tactical Teacher/Hungry) and attach easily without disassembly to your M305 and voila! It will shoot less that half MOA in 5 minutes!! ;)
