Blau is a little bit regional to say....besoffen oder betrunken would be other terms used

To make things correct:

I hear often the word "sheissekopf" when a English speaking person wants to citate a rude German word. Actually it's written correctly "Scheissekopf". Better is the singular form "Scheisskopf". But anyways, it's still and unknown word in German and never used. The right word would be "Arschloch". That means #######. But never use it at the "Oktoberfest". Someone may hit you with his "stein" (Bierseidel) on your pear (Birne) which is a German synonym for "Head".
