How to properly use a tumbler for cleaning brass

Next comes the never-ending debate about decapping before or after tumbling. My vote goes to before.

As to getting the cleaning medium dirty, I have a tumbler so I don't have to fiddle-fart around washing cases. It ain't gold dust. Dump it and move on.

Click edit in photobucket and find the 3 strings of charters are shown, pick the lowest set and it will copy the link to your PC memory..then paste in the fourth box from right "Insert Image: in the Go advanced tab edit out the [[]]] funny characters ..DONE

That is likely a wet system
Add stainless steel pins, water, dishsoap and a little lemishine and of course brass.

do you have pictures? what you described is as far as i can tell a rotary tumbler. which uses steel pins, water and soap.

Somebody forgot to tell me! I've been using one dry for 30 plus years and it works better than any vibratory cleaner
