How to put a sling on DA556?

Hi all, so I just bought the DA556 rifle from CanadaAmmo and it came with a sling, I've attached some pictures, any one can tell me how to put the sling on?

There are 2 sling places on the rifle, one under the bayonet lug and the other at the very end of the butt stock.

Instructions for mounting factory Norinco sling:

1: Throw factory sling in garbage.
2: Visit one shot tactical.
3: Buy a good sling.
4: Live happily ever after.
 
Oops, I lied, I went back down to the man cave and there it was. I must have put it aside and forgot about it, doh!

But, like AR180 said, get a VCAS. I'm ordering one or two (if/when they go on sale, no rush).

Well before I order that I'll have to deal with this one first haha. So anyone got any ideas on how to put this on?

The Vickers Sling - is like Franks Red Hot Sauce, you put that sh*t on everything.

Next up for me with a Vickers Sling........an M1 Carbine - it's also been used on a Vz 58, 2x AR15's, and a Rem 870, maybe after that I'll try it on a Lee Enfield No5

Thanks, that helps! I'll try it out until my new sling arrives haha.
 
Get a VCAS sling for your AR and then one for each of your other long arms. The butt-stock adapter does a much better job of providing a mounting point on the top rear of the stock than parachute cord.
