If you haven't already, request access to the Equipment Exchange. From there, start a thread in the appropriate section, such as Pistols.
It makes things much easier if you include the model name in your thread title, and pictures are worth a thousand words. Most people enjoy a few extra details as well, putting the details up front such as age, bore condition, approximate use conditions, etc generally saves a lot of back and forth between prospective buyers. Remember, you're the only one who can post in a thread you created in the EE, everyone else will have to PM you, so make sure your inbox has some available space.
You'll need the buyer's name, address, RPAL number, and it's best to have their phone number or email address. Then call the CFC to initiate a transfer, they will give you a reference number and you need to pass that along to the buyer who will need to contact the CFC to confirm the transfer.

Shipping is easy, but if you sell it local, do it at YOUR club. Not your home address.
how am I to know how much shipping is I had one guy he was from this Army base west of where I live and I showed him the gun at the club and he liked it and I told him how much I want for it . its a GSG 1911 with a Conversion kit I bought for it and I got 2 megs and 1,000 rounds of 22L and I am asking 500.00 for everything
dam that's a lot of crap to go threw just to sell your firearm wow I know for a fact you can't send the amo threw Canada post lol.i guss I will have to sell it localy that would be easyerCanada post website, you can calculate shipping. Then when its time to ship it, contact the CFO/CFC for a Short Term ATT. From your place to the post office. Don't tell them what it is. Always good to have a signature required.
BUT you will NOT be able to ship that ammo thru Canada post. You will have to go thru Canpar or another place.

Easier? You cut down the potential buyer pool when you don't offer shipping, making it harder to
sell your firearm.
Good luck!
Well shipping alone will cost a fortune and then youl have to get insurance for everything
