Everything comes apart fairly easily and nothing should require any great amount of force. The trigger plunger is slightly time consuming as you need to unscrew it. The pin that retains the bolt catch looks like a flat head screw but is actually a split pin that you pinch together and push out. Everything else should be retained by the two axis pins that are fairly straight forward to remove if I remember correctly.
May I ask why you had to remove the trigger assembly and parts in the lower? I sent mine away long ago to be repainted as it was smurf blue and ugly so now she's in OD green color ... I too wondered how the painter removed the trigger assembly and if the tension would be too much or parts would go flying all over?? HAHA.
