I just picked up a high cap mag at a garagr sale. How do I make it legal. Please give me some alternatives.

it is a 20rnd AR15 mag in excellent condition now 5rnds. They had probably 20 mags in a box but most were 303 enfields.After I got mine some guys bought the whole box for $ 15.00.
