Howa 1500 hogue action screw torque

Hi there as the title says im wondering if anyone knows the proper torque and tightening sequence for the action screws of a howa 1500 hogue in 30-06. Cheers

Should be the same as the Weatherby Vanguard I would think.
Here are the torque specs for that.
