HOWA 1500 Trigger adjustment?

Just curious, is the trigger on the Howa 1500 adjustable by the user or do I have to take it to a gunsmith? If it is adjustable, does anyone know the proper proceedure and which screw is for Travel and which for Pounds?

I got a weatherby vanguard I think its the same trigger yes you can adjust the trigger and it helps these triggers are awfull lots of creep best celution is to replace with a Timny trigger form lock stock and barrel for $79.00usd what a world of diffrence got my trigger down to 2.5 lbs with 0 creep

Thanks for the replies! I made a couple of adjustments after finding instructions on a different site. I will see how it does on the bench. If no drastic improvement, I'll look at a timney.
