So, while my regular 308 shooter is on the bench until we can sort out the current mess, I'm looking at maybe getting a budget ish option to burn up some ammo legally.
In the entry level chassis rifle, the Hcr and pcr seem interesting, not much on the used market but still affordable at just over 1k from what I see. Any advice or other contenders?
Also considered a 783 HB to cut cost, but once said and done, would almost be as much as a higher end rig from the go it seems.
