Unfortunately, yes. The AICS magazines are too long.

Hmm, am I wrong to think it could have worked with STANAG format? I mean the bolt on the Howa is push-feed no? If that worked, it would make you guys very famous

The Mini Howa is scaled down in width and diameter, not just length. An AR magazine is too wide to enter high enough for the bolt to pick up a cartridge.

Got off Cabela's US for $340 USD, plus $150 import fees, $20 shipping +GST
A little under $700 cad all in.

There are many importers, I run guns for one.

I presume that was the 223?

My 7.62x39 arrive tonight from Prophet River. This is a #1 contour and it is feather light. Looking forward to my testing
