I can’t find one online that has a Hogue stock and a 20” barrel.
Everything I search shows a 20” being a super lite which doesn’t use a Hogue stock and I haven’t seen them offered as package guns.
The package guns with Hogue stocks I’ve found all have longer barrels.
That said your likely in the 7.8 pound range (+/-) and depending which scope (Truglo makes this in several configurations) you can add about a pound and a half to that (again +/-) so likely around 9 to 9 1/4 pounds all in.
They advertise their 24” package rifles at 9.5 pounds so my ballpark is likely close.

I would agree the rifle would likely be in the 7-8 pound range and maybe tickle the number 9 on your scale...
There are lighter and there are heavier rifles out there.

My synthetic stock Howa 1500 Mini-Action in 7.62x39 with a heavy 20" barrel, scope, aluminum rings and an MDT 10rd mag (heavier than the regular plastic one) weighs 7.9lbs.
