Howdy all.

I'm from Manitoba, own a 3030, 303 British & a Cooey 22. Haven't hunted in a few years because I made the stupid decision to be a business owner. One day, I'll find time and go hunting again.

Not a mistake

Haven't hunted in a few years because I made the stupid decision to be a business owner.

It is not a stupid mistake, it is a good decision if your business is doing well. I was a business owner for 23 years (from the age of 24 to 47). Yes, it impedes on your hunting and fishing life, but a little bit of hunting and fishing is better than no activity at all. Now I am employed by the new owners and I work a lot less and hunt a lot more.

Life is good and it gets better all the time, so hang in there.

Welcome and enjoy your stay with us. You will find that the people here are very knowledgeable and very quick to answer all of your questions. Sometimes too quick.

P.S., I will be in your wonderful province next week on a business trip. I travel to Manitoba about three times a year, but prefer the spring (pre-mosquito) and the fall (post-mosquito) trips the most.
