Just bought a TT International TSA mount for my M14s it has a screw front the top of the rail drive in to make contact with the front of the receiver and a locking screw as well.

I have to remove the dove tail piece at the rear of the receiver to mount it.

How is this mount?

Is this a two point or three point mount?

The only information I can find is on Different's site in the photo gallery page# 24 under " The Commercial M14 Type "

How much do these go for and are they readily available?

Bought it used off someone don't really know how much its worth new.

It seems pretty well made (all steel) and pretty heavy.

Another member here mentioned a while back they are pretty decent for inexpensive mount.

Promag is another affordable mount many people recommended, I just so happen to find this mount pretty cheap.

It's a three point scope mount. They were for sale in the US in 2004. I don't have much information on them.

Thanks Different for your post!

Do you remember how much are they back in 04?

I am going to mount it in the next few weeks (waiting on the scope) and will post report afterwards.

Thanks!

Just curious, I notice a lot of people calling their weapons M14's Do you actually own a Springfield Armory M14? Some people call Norinco M305 an M14. It's NOT. If you have an M14 with a selector switch on it, let's have a look?

Who the #### are you?

Some people are stupid enough to call a target rifle a weapon but it's not a weapon unless you use it as one.

More than one company made M14 rifles so the springfield bull#### can go.

Some people have Norinco M14S rifles so go #### yourself on that.

If I had been born in the fifties I'd have one with a selector switch on it but the government ####ed that up for me.
