Anyone ever heard or practices physical conditioning to increase your shooting stamina?
Seems to me the boys with the top averages just bang targets till one gets tired enough to miss one.
I know it affects me. I find it harder to concentrate after 125 targets or so. Then I make mistakes. Just wondering is so cardio or strength training would help?
