HP9 barrel on 870

Does anyone know if an HP9 barrel will fit onto an 870? I've found a used 28 barrel, I think it make be choked. But anyways I'd lik too use it for occasional skeet shotting. I've heard that the HP9 is a knock off the 870 so that's why I ask.

no direct experience but I have heard many times it will work. Hell I have both so I should just see if they fit each other.
