Whatever your excuses are ( and Im not saying some aren't valid), their is no excuse for not returning a phonecall or e-mail for over a month, then just sending the money back and transferring a pistol that had been in my name for almost a month back into your inventory. I would get responses from your blackberry within half an hour when first enquiring about the pistol I wanted, then after the money was paid, the communication ended.

You ordered a $149 m93 woodsman, was ordered in Nov 27th and pd in early Dec by direct deposit.
Ont transfer took 10 days, as we all know.
I was in Toronto first week of Dec at dealer annual purchasing - booking show.
When I got back the staff said you were a pain in the ass so we sent your $ back , thats our policy. To return $ instead of putting up with demanding people that feel the world revolves around them.

We do our best and learn every day, negitive people just drain our staff and I do take it as a direct hit. We all make mistakes, maybe you should be nice in your inquiries.

This person also called the CFO 1 day after we said we were refunding his cash and tried to cause sh*t. What do they have to do with it? After you involved then I decided to send him your emails, he understood my decision to do refund.

We as dealers can have a bad experience put to record and pals can be put up for review for showing to much anger. This means longer transfers my friend.

I am too in sales and believe or not I do walk away from unreasonable customer because regardless of how hard you try you can never please those people especially I don't need their money badly (LOL)!
 
It has now been 3 weeks since my transfer has been approved. This is getting to be way too long to ship. I am not at all impressed with this transaction. When I was first enquiring about purchasing this firearm, you would respond within the hour via blackberry, ever since you have recieved payment, I never get a response. I paid on Nov 30, the transfer was not initiated until Dec 8. (knowing how long Ontario can sometimes take for a tranfer, this is way too long just to start the transfer.) Now it has been 3 weeks since the transfer was approved, and I have still not heard back. Please get this sorted out ASAP, this has not been good service.
This is the exact e-mail I sent to badger after over 3 weeks of trying to find out what was wrong.I called numerous times, was told someone would calll me back, and no one ever did. Finally after I stated that Im not impressed with your service, and I hear back from you.

SO, if you havent heard a thing from a place that sold you a pistol where the transfer is approved for 3 weeks, and start to wonder, your a pain in the ass.

B.S.you had already sent the money.
I called the CFO to ask them to reverse athe transfer seeing how I already had the transfer in my name for 3 weeks. Is this not a valid concern, to call the CFC and make sure there isnt a gun in my name out there? I ve never had a deal end up like this before, so I had to make sure the transfer was cancelled.
You make it sound like I went to the CFC and tried to cause you problems, I was covering my ass.

I also wont help someone when their rude, but I also dont duck someone after Ive taken their money.

We don't duck anything, it was December my friend! And your gun was ready to go, a kindly reminder would have gone a long way. But to ##### got your $149 back in your pocket.

To duck, would mean not have product- we do
not done transfer- we did
You had nasty email you got $ back, end of story
 
Wow, all my experience's have been just great,and i know my future purchases are are going to be served with the same great service. Armond is by far the best person I have dealt with, and know many people that have had nothing but great dealings there. He is a straight up no BS guy and tells you as it is. I have dealt with other dealers who are less then cooperative to try and help you. Me being in business's as well have found those who complain the most have the least and demand to be treated like royalty...
 
Those responses are completely unprofessional and uncalled for. You would do well to remember that a lot more people are reading this than posting, threatening previous customers who have had an issue is not going to win you any new customers.
 
refund $149 gun

I have a shop and decided not to do sale with a rude person as this changes the way the whole shop flows and kills moral. This time of yr no one has time for hash rude talk or emails.
He got his money back and is still going on and on after 10 days, has his money and won't let up.
His call to CFO was about his $, the transfer means nothing until someone collects it at poat office after signature. As if we would keep a gun in his name we have many sales for the M93. Not to mention our inventory accountability to CFO and RCMP.

As the seller we have to do the transfer back into shop inventory as he never took possession of this gun. So ask your self, why would he call the CFO RCMP but to start his wave of bashing that is still going on 10 days later.

We sell guns to make money and create jobs in our area, would one think why we would suspend a transfer if there wasn't any red flags.

Anyone selling a gun or any other product, has the right to stop a sale for any reason at any time until product is recived. Just as any other industry, we have the right to refuse service to anyone. This is all that happened!

I'm sure he is a nice guy, at times emails seem to be impersonal. At the top of our home page it says " busy this time of yr send email if no answer on phone" We only have 2 lines in shop , and the walk in trafic this time of yr can consume a day very quickly in December as people want to make gift purchases. We were open 12 days in the month of December after his money made it to the account.
We would refund anyone that gave any of my staff or myself attitude,
The emails seem to give some people a tall voice, we don't want to serve these people as there is many nice well spoken people to work with.
Now after a possible $29 profit, I have spent all night pleading my case to strangers, people like this take up valuable time that could be used for the positive operation of this shop, on line transfers, CFO inventory book or even yr end and advertising. People who know me know this is just a bag of crap. We are a great place to shop and get a great price every time. Sometimes we fall but who doesen't, we learn every day to not let negitivity ruin our days. Life is to short for that crap.
Can't please everyone but trying 1 person at a time.
 
From what I read here most people that deal with badger arms have had an excellent experience. But like all things in life there’s always little screw ups, It really doesn’t seem like Armond was trying to be a jerk. Do you feel like he singled you out and ignored you? He stated that volume at the shop was high witch I’m sure most of us can understand. If you don’t like the service buy from another shop from now on. I don’t see the point of attacking this man and his company you have said your piece why is this still carrying on maybe a means of grumpy men reliving stress in there live I don’t know. it seems like this site gets worst ever day this is supposed to be a community for firearm enthusiasts we need to go back to helping people new to the sport and sharing knowledge not having pissing contests. But I just worked 19 hours plowing snow and I’m not all there so maybe I’m wrong.

Really? Maybe you should re-read the last couple of pages and see who's doing the attacking. I think that some people have brought up valid concerns, some of those have been addressed, others have not.

If I had a firearm transferred into my name and the deal didn't go through I'd be calling the CFC to ensure that it was no longer in my name as well. No conspiracy there as far as I can see.
 
Everyone I know (about 10 people) that has dealt with Badger has had a great experience. The way I see life is easy if you have a crappy experience with someone or somewhere don't go back . The prices and people keep me coming back . I know Armond sometimes gets beyond busy but once you do get him on the phone he takes the time to explain things or let you know what's going on. This petty whinning that carries on because boohoo I didn't get my way is just a tantrum that should be done behind closed doors with no witnesses.
