Hey guys,
I'm building a 'budget' shotgun for my buddy who doesn't yet have his PAL. I intend to give it to him once he gets his license.
Anyway - I bought an 870 express, but decided to swap out the wood with an old HP9 Synthetic stock set I had laying around.
Problem is, the recoil pad was ground down at the top and the bottom (I guess to prevent snagging on clothes), but it's ugly as sin, and I want to replace it.
Would an 870 synthetic recoil pad fit? I know the wood one won't, but I've never seen the rear end of a Rem synthetic stock.
ANY advise would be great! Thanks!
