HS3 weak mag catch

Got my HS3 in the mail last week and after inserting and detaching the mag several times I noticed the Mag catch retaining pin start to walk out, It is also very easy to push the pin out you can do it with the tip of a pen. Anyone else have this problem ? I emailed MDT yesterday so hopefully they will respond on Monday.

I recently bought a MDT LSS and have the same issue. I haven't had a chance to e-mail them yet. My retaining pin will start to move out of place while my rifle is sitting in my gun safe.

I was thinking of replacing the pin with a spring pin.

The pin on my HS3 is well retained. Definitely get that looked into.

I contacted MDT and they immediately offered to replace my chassis. I tried buying various sizes of roll pins but none of them worked. MDT has amazing customer service. If I could afford it all off my rifles would have MDT chassis.
