Huge blow to importing anything from the U.S.

From my understand, Richard is sending most of his stuff to the states where he's gaining popularity. Though his bullets are of good quality, from my understanding, he's throttling back and hoping to sell his whole bullet making operation because of insurance issues in dealing with liability protection. We've been on his case since he started and have only recieved very little of what he has produced. THat being said, there are a lot of other long range forum members from the states that rave about his stuff yet we've never seen any of his 30cal precision bullets. I'm not sure how to call that one. We'd be testing them and marketing them greatly if we could get our hands on any.

I shoot his VLD and ULD bullets in 30 and 6.5, ( by the 1000 lot) and just bought 700 flat based bullets for the .223 that are great out to 400meters.
He is apparantly changing jacket manufacturers from J4's to Seirras , and should be back up in full production in the near future....

I got it from the sinclar cataloge

I know I have a recent catalog from Sinclair that says the same thing. Yesterday i got their newest catalog with a cover sheet that that explains some, gives a contact name of Kerry Parker as their exports manager and states " with certain purchase restrictions being constantly amended and revised obtaining your products may be difficul....." Refer to www.sinclairintl.com for regulations.
As I said before I don't think anyone really knows what is what on the export or import laws anymore. It seems everyday there is some new interpreatation or relaxation. It would sure be nice if the various governments could work for us as they are paid to rather than to constantly keep trying to baffle us with their BS.
