Doh!! I would read this just a week after putting out for a brand new Springfield.
I have shot both and there is no real difference in function or accuracy. You can put the money you saved on a scope or ammo. My criticism with LRB is if they are going to advertise and claim "As close as you can get to the issued Vietnam era service rifle" they should not leave the damn selector cutout void. Put a dummy FA selector or lockout pin in the cutout. Complete the look!
