Are you trying to log into irunguns.com? The account section there is US only.
The process for us Canadians goes:
1. Make an account at irunguns.ca. Here you’ll enter your address, email, and PAL information. Remember to select that you have a restricted licence (presumably) and need an ATT.
2. Go to irunguns.com. You won’t log into an account here. Find the item you want, go to checkout, select ship instead of pick up in store, select Canada, then enter in the same address and email as you used on your Canadian account. Continue through to payment and complete your order.
3. Your US site-based order will be attached to your Canadian site account by the irunguns team (I’m sure making sure to have used the same info on both sites will help them out greatly). You’ll see the value in USD of your order and that there is GST and shipping awaiting payment. You’ll do those after.
4. The order will be shipped out of the US after the next 15th of the month and arrive in Alberta between the 10-15th of the following month. You’ll receive notice to pay the GST and Canada post shipping to do the final ship to you.
