I bought a TT-33 from a member here a few months ago. It was advertised as a 1951 Tula, in very good-excellent condition.
When i first got it, i was very happy with it, but then i did some extra research on the serial numbers and it turns out that its actually Hungarian, not Russian.
The gun came with Russian Tula grips (not the Hungarian ones), thats what threw me off.
Now my question is, how do these compare to the Russian made ones in terms of quality? Price? I havent seen any Hungarian TT's for sale.. Are they rare?
