Hunt Camp Names

I call mine "Douchebagatoria" because all the douchebags around here always wreck it and leave all sorts of garbage around. Sad, really.

Senior - I don't have much to tell you besides that it was a run-down camp, back in the late 60's. It was a piece of private property that adjoined public land. They hunted deer with beagles, very close to - maybe even touching - Algonquin park.

OK some of you western folks, you might not "get it." Sorry......... BUT...............

We Ontario folks MOSTLY hunt in gangs (party hunting is LEGAL here and we share tags), and many (maybe most) gangs have an established location that we call a hunt camp. There may be a permanent structure or not, but it is almost always a permanent location that the same gang of folks hunt from year to year. Most of the camps get named.

And REALLY folks, to experience a traditional Ontario hunt camp is to gain an appreciation for hunting as a lifestyle choice.

HAHA! this is funny...

We mostly name other peoples camps.......

Our neighbours was called 'Poachers Palace'. Fitting as they all got arrested selling the meat to a local restaurant.
