Hunt Camp Question

Hey guys/gals, I am not a hunter so I thought I'd ask the informed. A few meters from my mother in law's home is a relatively new hunt camp (built 5 years ago) for sale on 85 acres of property. Is this something that would be worth investing in? Do you folks rent out hunt camps or use a buddy's? Is there a market for this?

There is always money in land! Specially if you can own and rent out as it increases in value.

Not totally familiar with Ontario "hunt camps", but first thing to determine is if that is on titled land or leased land. Will you be owning or renting the dirt??

Re-read your post "a few meters from" - at least here in the prairies, within 400 meters of a home or corrals, need the owner's permission to be shooting - no matter who owns the land...

85 acres of land is always worth something! Hunt camp or not.

My family has a big chunk of land and we regret not buying out a few neighbors as they sold.

God ain’t making any more!

It just comes down to is it priced well.
