I am lazy and thought I can take it online during the holiday while at home.

I know they have it at the Toronto sportsman show gotto check their schedule for upcoming courses.

Seeing as all animals (excluding fish and migratory birds) in Ontario belong to the Province of Ontario, I'm highly against having to pay a non-government organization $35 to listen to them push their sponsors products or sell OFAH memberships for several hours. Why can't all of this be incorporated into the OHEP program?

there is a bit of useful info, worst part is when they call you just after turkey season asking you to become a member.

Did mine in Kemptville last year and the instructors never pushed any products at all. Was some good information but theres no way it needs to be a day long course.

The turkey course here in Ontario is BS. You can sleep for 8 hours then ace the test!

I was at the very first turkey hunting course (held in Toronto) in 1988. I beleive t was one of the first ( if not the first) OFAH-MNR courses

This is one of the reason's I'm reluctant to joining OFAH.

The turkey courses are already listed, there's about 40 of them, which oughta put another 5,000-10,000 turkeys hunters out there next spring for the limited public land in South/Central Ontario.
More trespassors to deal with I guess.
.....and yes, it's a huge money grab, almost a fraud.
