Hunter and his dog missing in Northern BC ----> UPDATE: Dog Proved Not to be Murphy!

I guess you're always ready to walk out then, and to donate your money, credit, and identity information to thieves.

Not the point of my comment, just mentioning its common practice for a lot of people I know to do so, we are generally 30-45 min drive from the nearest paved road, with people we trust, or alone. Zero reason for someone to "walk out".. or to "donate your money, credit, and identity information to thieves"

If you don't agree with what I said, carry on, instead of using this thread to start an argument over the basis that your opinions are the only correct ones.

We use to do that all the time up here, even leave the house doors unlocked… not so much anymore, the more people moved up here the more thefts happens!
We still leave vehicles(locked) at the beginning and end of river trips for shuttles, but not everywhere, there are some communities that if you do so chances are you will come back to an empty spot!!
