Let me be more specific, "hunter" as in the brand name, holster for mare's legs. Picked one up as my trip is nearing and I can't find a scabbard style holster for my ranch hand. What a pos, awkward, no way it's authentic. Picked up a gun belt too with the ammo loops, worst purchase ever. The ranch hand sights are too big and catching making a quick removal a pain unless unsnapping, thus requiring two hands

I have two hunter holsters. One for my ruger single six and the other for my colt saa. I love both of them, well made, they hold the gun and aren't expensive. What's not to like?

Mind you, I could have something to do with the rifle you're trying to stuff into a handgun holster... Get a two point sling like a normal person.

I did mean the quality was bad, that is decent. This holster is made especially for the mares leg. It sort of functions but does not allow for quick draw or walking

So the non-authentic holster that functions poorly with a non-authentic novelty rifle mystifies you? A holster strapped to your leg to hold a rifle that makes walking and "quick-draw" difficult was unexpected? Your expectations are in need of revision.

You're a pretty rude little man aren't you? My expectations of a product are that if it doesn't Work don't make it and don't sell it.

And you also don't get sarcasm...

In general I have heard nothing wrong with Hunter products. Why should this holster be any different, I wouldn't put my name on junk

Well what do you expect from a gun that's 2ft long? you ain't gonna be winning any quick draw contests with it strapped to your hip.

You should've gone here:

Going to agree with these guys,i think your expectations were too high mount a single poing sling on it instead.
