Where can I take the course in Edmonton?

Better off to check the provincial website of the ministry or agency that handles it, they should have a list of all capable course organization and examiners.

In BC it is the BCWF that handles the hunting course/test, probably best to find a link through the provincial gov't then find a contact list.

Also probably good common sense to check out the websites of the local fish and game clubs in the area, they almost always have courses available.

True, i should have said 'licensed hunters'. Of course, there are legal non-licensed hunters.

The also have a CD that you can do by correspondence and it is $50 .... good option if you cant make classes......

The course is a piece of cake. Don't worry there.
I don't know about there, but here in Ontario they changed it so that there is a seprate course for firearms saftey and the hunters course is just hunters saftey. Don't have to learn about all the different firearms and PROVE and ACTS etc.
