Berger VLD's for hunting, they are expensive but might meet your requirements.

Remington, Federal, Igman and Privi Partizan all make soft-point ammunition for hunting that is more/less commonly available

I haven't seen them at any of the Canadian Tire stores I've been to in Calgary.

Nothing in the local gun shops? Assuming there are local gun shops. They can order anything you want. Be prepared to pay up front though.
Buying on-line is an option, but the cost of shipping will hurt.
You'll have to buy a box of as many brands as you can to find the ammo your rifle shoots best too.
