I recently moved back to Nova Scotia and I would love to get out in the field to experience all of the game our beautiful province has to offer.
My Wildlife Card is on the way (I have the Master Number so I can purchase a licence) but I have no one to hunt with. I've tried to get a few friends to take their Hunter Ed, and despite promises, no one took the bait as of yet.
My family has land in the Valley, on Route 8, just south of Annapolis Royal (near Milford House) and I have been told by my father and grandmother that there are quite a few geese in the area. We also have lakefront and access to quite a number of Crown lakes there so I trust its a good waterfowl spot. I also have access to land near Wentworth and I hear that a good waterfowl spot as well.
Any fellow Nutz in Nova Scotia looking for a hunting partner? I'm 24 and fairly new to hunting (took a few geese and grouse last year in Ontario) but eager to learn. Whether you're new to hunting or a seasoned pro I would love to spend some time in the field and learn more about this activity so please PM me.
