Hunting clothing question

Picked up a Remington 6 in 1 myself. 99.96 all over SW Ontario.
The inner jacket is too short for my taste and the outer one is not breathable at all.
But for the price..... There are a lot of name brand t-shirts matching the price.

I was looking at clothing in Wal Mart and The Remington coat looked like it might be noisey when branches rubbed up against it.
The camo clothing was all cotton but if one goes to the mens section there are some excellent under layer tee shirts, On was the exact same material as was one in Canadian Tie. Wal Mart one was blue-$15.50, the Canadian Tire one was camo, I forget the brand name, $60.00.

Where I hunt in the South Okanagan area of B.C. there is very little problem with rain and it rarely snows. Wool is the answer here.I like the old red and black plaid jackets with wool pants of a dark colour. This combo is very quiet and warm.

I like some of the saddlecloth jackets - some of the blends are nice and quiet, but really good with wind. I have a woolrich jacket that does me pretty good, even when it's blowing cold.

Uh, then why did I have to chain up the last day of archery season to get out of the bush and that was just out of the valley bottom.

We have ski hills here for chrips sake and this ain't a plug for people to come and tame the slopes in our part of the country.
