Hunting Coyotes in South Western Ontario

Hey all,

Probably a long shot. I'm looking to get out hunting coyotes in SWO. I'm new to hunting. I know, red flag.
I'm mid 40s, relatively sane, Hoping someone is willing to pass on some skills, tips, and experience.

I live in Hamilton.

Getting access to hunt land in your area is tough, so....................... do you have the land and just looking for a coyote hunter to teach/show you a few things on the land you have access............................... or are you looking for a coyote hunter to teach/show you a few things on the land they has access? It does makes a big difference.

I got my first Yote not too long ago, Im in the same region. There are some public lands to hunt around but they are pretty pressured.
 
The door-knocking thing isn't too hard, especially if farmers actually HAVE a coyote issue. I've yet to meet a farmer who likes the things. I have the gear, caller(s), rifle...just not much time, and zero expertise. :) I'll add, zero success too~but hard to get good at it when you do it 1-2x a year MAYBE. I'd urge you to check the regs, drive around looking for potentially good spots, and knock on some doors. I've mostly done this on Saturdays, as there are Mennonites close to the spots I go...and I don't want to bother them on Sundays.
