Any one going hunting during the holidays... its a tradition for us.:)
Or are you gonna go eat burnt turkey with relatives you don't like and think about hunting while you get drunk.
I am going Deer hunting with my son on Christmas Day and Jack hunting with my bud Big Tony on Boxing Day. I will have the coyote rifle in the truck wherever I go... leave early drive slow... holidays are what you make of them.
What are you gonna do.....

I think we should cancel X-mas due to lack of interest and just hunt for a week.

I hear that!!!!

I will be heading home to hook up with the old man, some cousins, and uncles. We will be putting the hurt on some Jacks as well. Hopefully get some deer huntign in also.

One of these thing just doesnt belong here, one of the things just isnt the same.

HUnting with Dad tomorrow morning, and Boxing day morning. Fishing has allways been our "Christmas" Tradition. Me and a bunch of buddies get together Christmas day and go fishing. This year, it will be ice fishing though :(

I'm going to be at the in-laws Christmas day, then at my parents boxing day. I'll bring a shotgun in case my dad wants to get out for rabbits or shooting clays in the backyard. After that I'll be out with the crossbow to try and fill my second deer tag.

There's a joke here that Christmas Day is the perfect day to hunt, (anything you want) cuz all the wardens are at home eating turkey :D

SC..........................

I'll be hunting a bit over new years. We're renting some cabins near a lake 400kms north of Vancouver to have a fun new years and not do the hotel party thing. Couldn't be fun if I did not at least spend one day trying to get a wolf or coyote. :)

It's our family tradition to set some snares for some cottontails.

We check em' every day of the Cristmas holiday and my boys love it.

Now if I can only get my youngest boys to not destoy the rabbit run this year we might have a fighting chance ha,ha. :)

Biggest question out of my boys mouths isn't "When Santa coming?" its "are we taking the .410 or the .22 Dad?":D

I think we should all go down to Bigredds on boxing day, and shoot up the place. He's got lots of deer to spare. :D

Actually, I hope to get out Boxing day, maybe for the whole day if the weather holds, and I can hold in the turkey farts.

I walked up on a really nice buck face down in a food plot yesterday... snow camo works... I was hunting coyotes.... I coulda arrowed him no problem if I had my bow:redface:
