Hunting find

Good on you for turning it in! I lost a nice shotgun last year, long story short it got put on the roof of the truck so stuff under it could be taken out at the end of a long day, never made it back to the cab. Almost Garantee somebody took it as it was all paved roads from there to my house. I reported it lost to rcmp but never was turned in. I was scared of them wanting to lay charges but the officer was really understanding and just thanked me for reporting it

I found a hunting knife onces....it was one that I lost the previous year. It was a couple of miles from where I lost it and it had teeth marks chewed into the leather sheath.

I lost a custom fish lure one time only to have it recovered the next day stuck in the gill of a bud's fish on the other side of the lake... I always thought Jack were territorial.

Makes you wonder why that wouldn't be one of the first places he looked for his lost gun?
Before or after the snow started falling?
I have seen guys in the heat of the moment through their fishing rod into the water when they felt a huge tug on the other end.
I can only imagine what those same excitable people would do when they pulled the trigger on a gun and then seeing the deer fall while looking through the scope.
Buck fever and the thrill of busting that cap.
I feel Good Karma heading to the People in the OP's thread.
Best Regards,
Rob
