I noticed that bringing a rifle with optic is not enough for hunting in BC.
Open season mainly in fall and winter, and BC's winter is, well snowy and rainy.
I visited a outdoor gear store, behind the cambie st Canadian tire in vancouver.
Also Canadian tire. I found that there are very limited selections for camo clothings.
I really need some water proof camo jacket and pants.

Any one knows any store that has more selections?

Unless you're willing to order online, Wholesale sports in Langley is your best bet. I bought most of my gear online in the states(better selection) and had it shipped to a depot just across the line. I ended up saving a couple of hundred bucks that way.

Keep in mind camo isn't required for hunting. What is required is clothign that is warm when wet (wool/synthetics- no cotton) and keeps you pretty dry. And they must be quiet, so no really loud crunchy raingear.

You guys are giving me very useful informaitions, dry and quiet really is something i didnt think about. but is camo raelly not useful? So just black and grey is good enough?

the canadian tire in langley near the wholesale sports also has a rather large hunting section, as do some of the walmarts.

camo is not a requirement, just try to stay away from anything all one color as they may notice a big blob of the same. Most big game species are color blind
