Hunting in Canada with Black Powder?

So let me get this straight, we are facilitating/encouraging a non-citizen, to come to a foreign county to hunt with a handgun?
This would be legal, in On., for a citizen but would be very risky. Meeting another citizen or a fish cop, you're going to have a lot of splainin' to do. He won't have a leg to stand on with his foreign status.
Target practice, with a hand gun in the bush, would be hard enough to explain. Hunting and stalking with a hand gun would be just that much worse.
I think we do this person a very real disservice. We may very well be setting him up for a world of hurt especially at this time when the feds are looking for excuses to shut guns down.
