Which province has the best hunting for big game, waterfowl, varmints, predators? And also, which has the best support for hunting?

Lots of big game; whitetail, mule deer, antelope, elk, moose, bear, caribou in the north. Great waterfowl and upland bird hunting along with tons of small game like gophers and predators like wolf and coyote. The government and people also seems to be more pro hunting than most other provinces, probably due to a more rural population and lack of a very large city.
I can't voice my opinion much on Nfld.,never hunted there, but they do have a large variety of game as well and the folks are generally friendlier than any other place on the planet. :D
Nothing wrong with Manitoba either, but my pick would be SK out of the three.

Like Bearkilr says SK is pretty good for hunting. My buddies in Manitoba also sing its praises. Manitoba has turkey on their game list, but we definitely have more gophers.

I've found the whitetail and muledeer quality to border on amazing in the area that I hunt. The waterfowling is also incredible.

I've found the people in SK are very receptive to hunting in general. Maybe more so than in Alberta (which I know is hard to believe).

yup SK wins! tonnes and tonnes of big game and small game with lots of preditors. i have been hunting for a few years on a bunch of private government land and get thousands of pics in 2 weeks.

I've hunted in SK for 50 years, more if I count when my Dad would take me chicken hunting as a kid. (I was the retriever dog!).

I live 80 miles (yes, MILES) east of Regina, and we have whitetail galore most of the time, Prairie Chicken, Ruffed Grouse, Huns, ducks, geese, even moose seasons. Sometimes the gophers are great. Within a day's drive from here, there is almost all kinds of common game and predators. Some landowners are a bit touchy because of slob hunters and poachers, more so in recent years, mostly since 4wd trucks have become more common.

Before I get pounded over that last statement, let me explain. Back in the day, when most of us had 2wd vehicles, we stayed off the little trails when it was wet, and didn't drive across wet fields. Now, some of the trails are so rutted up from morons showing how smart they are, that they are nearly impassible.

For the most part, I think that SK is fairly hunter friendly, though. :)
