Hunting Knife Help

I carry a skeletonized small buck fixed blade with me just in case but my go to is my havalon barracuta that takes regular blades for gutting, skinning, and deboning or fillet blades for fish and they even have a small saw blade for it now.

The havolon is a poor choice in a survival/bushcraft situation..

The OP is asking about hunting/skinning/game processing FYI. For these tasks, the Havalon would be suitable.
