Hi all,

I was posted to Winnipeg this summer and would like to get out for some late season ducks/geese and upland as well as deer in a few weeks.

Hoping to meet some good people to go out with and shoot the sh*t, as well as some game. Also so you know I’m a by the book hunter, I don’t tolerate gun play or unsafe practices. I’m 35 years old in case it matters to you.

Right now I can get out for 3-4hrs on Sunday afternoons. Upland/small game you name it I’m willing.

Heard there might be some good pass shooting opportunities up by Grants lake and will try that this weekend (05 Nov)

Welcome to Winnipeg. If I had more time this year I'd give you a call. Just insanely busy. I'm sure you'll find someone though. There are a bunch of guys looking for partners just like you.
 
Hey quick bump of this thread, haven’t had any luck but I am hoping someone can point me to some crown/public land where I can hopefully fill my tag this coming Monday. Looking to still hunt with a rife. Within an hour of the west north/west side of the city.

Please help a brother out lol.
