Hunting Rifle Detachable Bottom Metal Options?

Hello,
I am looking to upgrade the stock on my rifle. The action is a Bighorn Origin. I’m thinking a AG composites stock would be a good choice.

This brings me to the question of what bottom metal to use. The rifle is a lightweight hunting build in 7/08. I prefer the detachable style of magazine so I’m not handling loose shells. My options seem to include Kwik Klip, Pacific Tool and Gauge, HS precision and Legacy Sports.

Any first hand advice would be much appreciated!
 
For hunting I have used Kwik Klip conversions on Remington 700's and installed many for customers... I like them. They are a single stack magazine and function reliably.
 
Personnally, I am not a fan of detachable or internal magazines. The last thing you want on a hunting trip is turing your repeater into a single shot because you have lost your magazine. AFAIAC, the good old hinged floorplate is the best, whereas the blind magazine is the worst option, since it requires cycling all cartridges through the action to empty the mag. The detachable magazine is the second worst because it can inadvertently fall off, and the internal magazine is second best.

Of those, hs would be my preference, but is also probably the most expensive. Legacy arms are plastic and the release is out in front and sticks out like a sore d!ck. I’ve had too many issues with ptg products (Including bottom metal) to have any faith in any of their products. KwikKlip seems like a reasonable option, I’ve not used them but if someone like guntech endorses them I’m sure they are fine.

KS Arms in Edmonton makes a HS style bottom metal from billet aluminum aswell.
If I had to go plastic I would go magpul before legacy.

I went with an HS precision gen 1 detachable magazine bottom metal for mine. The mag was a nice flush fit and the mag release integrated into the trigger guard ensured assured me that it wasn't going to snag on a branch or anything else and release without noticing.
