Sigh .. I think Im going to hold out for a Conquest HD5 3-15x42 Rapid Z 600 ... or maybe if I get some extra unexpected cash I will go with the Swarovski Z5 5-25x52 brh reticle. I have a Swaro Z3 and even its amazing!
This weekend I did get a chance to look through a Minox ZA-5 4-20x50 and compared it to a Bushnell 6500 4.5 - 30x50. The Minox had much more eye relief - 4 inches plus and 80 MOA windage & elevation. It seemed brighter at 20 X magnification, but I was not crazy about the 1/8 increments vs the regular 1/4 on most scopes. If this was going on a target rifle then maybe Id give it a try, but Im concerned I would forget I need to double the clicks.
