Hunting seasons in Canada - hunt what, where

Want to go deer hunting but there is no place in South Ontario where you can legally harvest one with a rifle and I'm not a big fan of bow or muzzleloader.

The yukon is alright too. Its definitely got lots of wild places and very few hunters, but its still not comparable to BC for variety.

what OTC for the tags?
except for elk and deer everything is OTC tags but that s a good well kept secret for sure ....

i dont think for grizzly your situation is on the paradise side and i ve heard it will harder soon. but that s true the variety is huge but mostly nothing that much we can't hunt up here ...

but the paradise for one can be hell for others.
