hunting vehicle

2006 Nissan Xterra - toughest, best built vehicle I have owned. With a set of good tires it will take you anywhere you want to take your vehicle short of serious offroading. My has been very reliable as well (owned it for 4 years now, 200 000 km plus) Only downside is carrying downed game/muddy gear. You can find trailer hitch platforms, specialized roof racks, etc. - but it's not as simple as just putting it in the bed of the truck. When this Xterra dies, my next vehicle will be another Xterra (OffRoad edition for the locking differential) or a Tacoma/Frontier.

I love the Xterra i have a 2003. Itll go anywhere. Mines been completely bed lined top go bottom so no more willow scratches on those narrow trails. When it dies ill get the newest pro 4x version i can afford and make it last.

Not mine....saw this little beauty at the rifle range the other day. Early 80's Pontiac Acadian complete with winch and snorkel kit. She must be a heavy hauler as there were four young guys (25-30 yrs of age) shooting and not another vehicle or shooter around and they had enough rifles and handguns to stock a store, lol. I'm sure there was some interesting stories to go along with this ride!!

^^^^ sweet Jebus what a monster. I bet she still bangs out 30-35 mpg highway though.Unless he's towing his house behind it,

1972 AM General M813A1, about 22,500 pounds and seems to get respect from the other drivers at intersections. 14 liter Cummins, 2 speed transfer case and a 5 speed transmission. Manual everything, more radios than I know how to operate, 80 gallon fuel tank.

My current ride is a 2008 GMC Yukon

Drove one of those deuce and a halfs in the Army...loved that truck..good old 6 wheel drive!
