Hunting Videos

Modern American "realty" TV production. For a minute of 90% staged, 200 cuts, 5 post production runs action you see 10 minutes of in studio "how I felt" talk.

Whatever floats your boat I guess. But it is not even top notch production to begin with, sorry

Alright there Video King, I never said it was great, it's more about the moments caught on tape.......... Jeeash......

I wonder if owlowl is old enough to remember the Red Fischer show and Skuttlebut Lodge from back in the day.
Lots of sitting around a potbelly stove on the set and talking about the the weeks episode of fishing or hunting...makes one appreciate what is available out there today.
Even if it is 200 cuts.

I loved that show as a kid, no other fishing /hunting shows on in those days so it's all we had.

My favorite show back in the day was The American Sportsman. They had lots of great action shooting with minimal retakes. Curt Gaudy was a great narrator too boot. It would sure be nice to do a black boar hunt with a Rock River AR in .458 SOCOM.

Those that remember Skuttlebutt Lodge recall the episode where they where shooting honkers with Bow and Arrows??
They where using blunts of course...but it sure was neat watching them draw and the birds fall from the shy.
I'm an adult now?
When did that happen?
Tight Groups,
Rob
