I hope it's in the works. AR-15's and the such have them. Eventually, the Tavor will as well.

Congrats on the deer. I havent the chance to use my 223 on deer yet but I did get this brown(black) bear with my Mini 14(bought off a gunnut!). To back you up, yes it works. I used 55 gr Win.Supreme Bal.Tips. Shot placement is key. I spotted him about 1km away and snuck up on him. At 150 yrds, I shot this guy broadside. Went straight through the heart and I found my bullet, nicely mushroomed(surprisingly) under neath the skin on the far side. It pierced through the ribs, destroyed the heart, and through the far ribs and under the skin.
