Ya they were really stuck, and what a nice display of operator control to be able to pluck them out of the mud without hurting them. From what I'm told this happened in the Spyhill landfill in Calgary.

Great pic's, thats the first time I've seen anything like that. I bet that deer and moose were mighty tired after trying to work their way through that muck.
